Kenzie Bok

Kenzie is a lifelong Bostonian, being raised in Bay Village. She received her B.A. in History from Harvard University,  M.Phil. in Political Thought from University of Cambridge, and Ph.D. in History from University of Cambridge. She is the incumbent City Councilor for District 8, and serves as the Chair of the Committee of Means and Ways, Committee of PILOT Reform, and Preservation Act Committees. During her first term, she led the City Council in the passing of the city budget that reallocated police overtime funds to city resources. Kenzie also helped instate amendments to the Boston Zoning Code to affirm fair housing in Boston.
